* AT 643 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES WEST OF FAIRMOUNT...MOVING EAST AT 15
  MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...FAIRMOUNT AND
RANGER.

A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. SEVERE
