* AT 324 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF MILLEDGEVILLE...MOVING
  EAST AT 10 MPH.
