* AT 148 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.
RADAR INDICATES THAT RAIN IS FALLING AT A RATE OF ONE TO
ONE-AND-A-HALF INCHES PER HOUR OVER PARTS OF JOHNSTON... WAKE... AND
FRANKLIN COUNTIES. CRABTREE CREEK HAS RISEN ABOVE FLOOD STAGE AT
WAKE FOREST ROAD AND CRABTREE VALLEY MALL... AND IS RAPIDLY
APPROACHING FLOOD STAGE AT ANDERSON DRIVE. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN
WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 415 PM.
