* AT 700 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER DURHAM COUNTY. RAINFALL RANGING BETWEEN 2 AND
  3 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER THE AREA OVERNIGHT...AND AN ADDITIONAL
  1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING.
