* AT 1100 AM EDT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CONTINUE TO REPORT
  FLASH FLOODING IN DURHAM AND GRANVILLE COUNTIES. 

* HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED COUNTIES FOR THE
  NEXT FEW HOURS. THE CONTINUED HEAVY RAIN WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
