WESTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 630 PM EDT * AT 450 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR PERSISTENT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ABOUT 8 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF ASHEBORO WITH ROAD CLOSURES OF JACKSON CREEK ROAD...FARMER DENTON ROAD...AND BESCHER CHAPEL ROAD. * THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA...AND ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RUNOFF AND CAUSE FLOODING.
