* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN RANDOLPH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT

* AT 234 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. 

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL JUST
NORTH OF SEAGROVE NEAR THE ASHEBORO ZOOLOGICAL PARK AND JUST EAST
OF US HIGHWAY 220. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF UP TO 3.0 INCHES PER 
HOUR ARE OCCURRING OVER FORK CREEK. RAIN MAY TAPER OFF OVER THE NEXT 
3O MINUTES BUT ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN IS APPROACHING THE WARNED
