* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
  
* UNTIL 115 PM EDT

* AT 1212 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. TWO AND 3/4 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN MEASURED BY THE DOPPLER RADAR AND THE 
FAYETTEVILLE AIRPORT RAIN GAUGE. THESE AREAS ARE SOUTH OF 
FAYETTEVILLE BUT HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE ENTIRE 
COUNTY. 

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.
