* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANDOLPH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 300 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE 
RANDOLPH...GUILFORD COUNTY LINE...RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. 
RADAR ESTIMATES OF UP TO 2.0 TO 2.5 INCHES PER HOUR ARE OCCURRING
OVER EXTREME NORTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF RANDOLPH COUNTY NEAR 
ARCHDALE ALONG INTERSTATE 85. THIS WARNING WILL REPLACE THE 
PREVIOUS WARNING TO INCLUDE ALL OF RANDOLPH COUNTY.
