* AT 144 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN IN BLOUNT COUNTY.  THE AREA OF RAIN         
  PRODUCING THE FLASH FLOOD WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
