CAMPBELL COUNTY IN EAST TENNESSEE MONROE COUNTY IN EAST TENNESSEE SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST TENNESSEE * UNTIL 615 PM EST * AT 306 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE RAIN OVER CAMPBELL AND SCOTT COUNTIES...AND LIGHT RAIN COMING TO AN END IN MONROE COUNTY. ALTHOUGH THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS ENDED...IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL MORE HOURS FOR THE RAIN THAT HAS ALREADY FALLEN TO BE ABSORBED INTO THE GROUND. IN FACT...WATER LEVELS IN CREEKS MAY STILL RISE THROUGH THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER THE PAST 12 HOURS.
