* AT 1213 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  HATTON. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH...AND MAY
  PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME
