  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER
  BROWNSBORO...OR ABOUT 14 MILES NORTHEAST OF LOUISVILLE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
