DEWPOINTS IN THE MID 70S. MORE CONVECTION WAS DEVELOPING OVER THE
BEST INSTABILITY...AROUND SOUTH MS. WITH GENERALLY CLEAR SKIES OVER
MOST OF THE CWA...THOUGHT MORE CONVECTION WOULD DEVELOP THIS
