THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RENO COUNTY IN KANSAS

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 143 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED MORE THUNDERSTORMS 
DEVELOPING ACROSS RENO COUNTY AND PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. 
THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE TRACKING EAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL CONTINUE TO 
DEVELOP THROUGH THE NIGHT. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 
INCHES HAD OCCURRED ACROSS RENO COUNTY DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS. 
ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED AS THE NIGHT 
PROGRESSES.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
