THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICE COUNTY IN KANSAS

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 815 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS 
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS RICE COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE 
NEARLY STATIONARY IN MOVEMENT. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED AROUND 2 
INCHES OF RAIN HAD OCCURRED ACROSS RICE COUNTY DURING THE PAST 
COUPLE OF HOURS. ANOTHER TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THIS 
AREA DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.
