* AT 554 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING WITH RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL PER 
  HOUR POSSIBLE. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...ROADS AND AREAS WITH POOR 
DRAINAGE.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.  PLEASE REPORT ANY
