  RENO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 445 PM CDT

* AT 406 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 17 MILES SOUTH OF
  HUTCHINSON...OR 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HAVEN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30
  MPH. THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
