RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ACROSS SOUTHERN SEDGWICK AND MUCH OF BUTLER
COUNTY. RAIN WILL FALL AT THE RATE OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR THROUGH
1 PM.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
