SUMNER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 944 PM CDT...A LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLOODING AT INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 81 AND ROME ROAD...OR 10 MILES SOUTH OF WELLINGTON. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS THIS AREA DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS.
