KINGMAN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 1100 PM CDT * AT 800 PM CDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IN ZENDA AT A RATE OF SIX TENTHS INCH IN 30 MINUTES. THE GREATEST THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING IS ACROSS THE EASTERN FOURTH OF KINGMAN COUNTY. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
