NEOSHO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * AT 840 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS NEOSHO COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL...ON THE ORDER OF 2 TO 2 1/2 INCHES PER HOUR...WAS OCCURRING ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CHANUTE.
