* AT 350 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
DEVELOPING BETWEEN KATY AND DOWNTOWN HOUSTON. ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES 
OF RAIN IS EXPECTED BY 7 PM. FLOODING IS OCCURRING NEAR FM 1464 AND 
FM 1093 NEAR CLODINE.
