  SOUTHEASTERN BENSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  SOUTH CENTRAL RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT.

* AT 143 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF OBERON...OR ABOUT 20 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
