* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  BENSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...
  NORTHERN NELSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  SOUTHERN RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 930 AM CDT.

* AT 320 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 19 MILES NORTH OF YORK TO 2 MILES EAST OF HARLOW...
  OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 43 MILES NORTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE TO
  28 MILES WEST OF DEVILS LAKE...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20
  MPH.

* DEVILS LAKE...MADDOCK...LAKOTA...YORK AND WHITMAN WILL BE AFFECTED 
  BY THE HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 3 INCHES HAVE BEEN 
  INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR. THE MAYOR OF LAKOTA REPORTED PONDING 
  OF WATER ON STREETS IN TOWN. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED 
  FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
