* AT 1022 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES WEST OF MCCANNA...OR ABOUT 38 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF GRAFTON...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
