OTTER TAIL COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. * UNTIL 1145 PM CDT. * AT 1049 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES WEST OF ERHARD...OR ABOUT 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF FERGUS FALLS...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 50 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
