* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  EASTERN PEMBINA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  NORTHWESTERN KITTSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* UNTIL 1200 AM CDT.

* AT 614 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE
  NORTHEAST ACROSS EASTERN PEMBINA COUNTY AND WESTERN KITTSON
  COUNTIES.

* PEMBINA...ST. THOMAS...JOLIETTE...HAMILTON AND GLASSTON WILL BE   
  AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN. DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES SHOW
