WESTERN AND CENTRAL CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. * UNTIL 930 PM CDT. * AT 322 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE ALICE...BUFFALO...PAGE AND EMBDEN AREAS. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTH AT 25 MPH. MORE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING ACROSS NORTHERN RANSOM COUNTY AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREAS WHICH HAVE RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING. * CASSELTON...EMBDEN...CHAFFEE...ALICE AND PAGE WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN.
