* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  BENSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...
  CAVALIER COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...
  RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  TOWNER COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 315 PM CDT.

* AT 704 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE...MOVEMENT WAS TO
  THE NORTHEAST AT 70 MPH.

* DEVILS LAKE...LANGDON...MADDOCK...LEEDS AND CANDO WILL BE AFFECTED 
  BY THE HEAVY RAIN. DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF AROUND 2    
  INCHES ARE ESTIMATED TO HAVE OCCURRED BETWEEN 5 AM AND 7 AM. 
  THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THIS AREA THROUGH
  THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING AND MAY PRODUCE ANOTHER 2 INCHES 
  OF RAINFALL BY 1030 AM. SMALL RIVERS AND STREAMS SHOULD EXPERIENCE
  RAPID RISES DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING HOURS INTO THE 
  EARLY AFTERNOON. 

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
FLOAT MOST CARS DOWNSTREAM.
