* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* AT 556 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
DEVELOPING IN ATASCOSA AND BEXAR COUNTY...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10
MPH. RAINFALL RATES ARE CLIMBING TO 3 TO 4 INCHES AN HOUR WITH
THE THUNDERSTORMS.
STREETS...SECONDARY ROADS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS ACROSS THE
COUNTIES WILL BE VERY DANGEROUS THE NEXT FEW HOURS. MOTORISTS
SHOULD AVOID TRAVEL IF POSSIBLE...AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ENTER
