* AT 855 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ONE TO TWO
INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OCCURRING ACROSS THE COUNTIES OF
MEDINA...ATASCOSA AND FRIO. HEAVIER ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF TWO TO
FOUR INCHES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER STORMS.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS...STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND COUNTRY ROADS.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
