* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 459 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM 
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF BELPRE...OR 
ABOUT 14 MILES SOUTH OF LARNED. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 
MPH.
