  SOUTHERN PAWNEE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 500 PM CDT

* AT 423 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING
  TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF KINSLEY. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS
  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
