POTTER COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 500 PM EDT. * AT 405 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF GENESEE TO 5 MILES NORTH OF COUDERSPORT...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. * SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR... HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE MAIN THREAT AS ONLY WEAK TO MDT SHEAR IN PLACE WITHIN THE WARM MOIST AMS.
