THIS ACTIVITY APPEARS TO BE MOVING INTO A VERY UNSTABLE REGION WITH A MINIMAL CAP...WHICH SHOULD ALLOW THE SYSTEM TO CROSS THE RIO GRANDE...AND AFFECT NORTHERN PORTIONS OF WEBB...DIMMIT AND LASALLE COUNTIES.
