SE...THIS LOOKS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A VORT MAX ORBITING A 300 MB
CENTER RESOLVABLE IN WV IMAGERY OVER SOUTHERN TAMAULIPAS. CURRENTLY
HAVE A MWS COVERING THIS FEATURE UNTIL 23Z. VIS LOOP ALSO SHOWS AN
OUTFLOW BNDRY SAGGING SOUTHWARD INTO THE NORTHERN PERIPHERY OF THE
CWA. ANOTHER WEAK VORT TO THE W OF THE CWA IS SETTING OFF TSRA OVER
NORTHERN NUEVO LEON AND COAHUILA. BETWEEN ALL OF THIS...MUCH OF THE
CWA IS SITUATED IN A NARROW RIDGE OF SUBSIDENT AIR. THIS COULD
EXPLAIN WHY BRO IS NOW AT 93...WHEN THE AM SOUNDING HAS A CONVECTIVE
TEMP OF 85. WITH MOIST UNSTABLE TROPICAL AIR MASS OVERHEAD...FEEL
THE STAGE IS SET FOR AN ACTIVE PM AND EARLY EVENING. WV LOOP
SUGGESTS SUBSIDENT RIDGE IS SHIFTING WESTWARD OUT OF THE CWA. WITH
OUTFLOW BNDRY APPROACHING FROM THE N AND MCS APPROACHING FROM THE
SE...FEEL WIDESPREAD DEEP CONVECTION IS POSSIBLE OVER MUCH OF THE
CWA...ESPECIALLY OVER THE COASTAL COUNTIES. ON RADAR LOOP...DEEP

10G14. A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER NORTHWEST MEXICO...AND A
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE GULF...INCREASES THE PRESSURE GRADIENT.
EXPECT ROUGH WEATHER FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS DUE TO CONVERGING
BNDRY IN THE NORTHERN WATERS AND MCS APPROACHING FROM THE SE. AN
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE OVER THE LOWER TEXAS COAST WILL ENHANCE
SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY THROUGH THE WEEKEND. WINDS AND SEAS
WILL BE HIGHER NEAR ANY THUNDERSTORM...WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
LIKELY. WWIII MODEL SUGGESTS SE FETCH WILL BE MAINTAINED INTO THE
COASTAL WATERS. WINDS OVER THAT FETCH ARE PROGGED TO GRADUALLY
SUBSIDE WITH TIME AS H5 CUTOFF TO THE W GRADUALLY WEAKENS WITH TIME.
