  DOUGLAS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST COLORADO
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST COLORADO
  FOR THE HAYMAN BURN AREA

* UNTIL 715 PM MDT

* AT 416 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL OF ONE HALF INCH TO AN INCH 
  OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE HAYMAN BURN AREA  ABOUT 5 MILES      
  SOUTHEAST OF TARRYALL. 

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE...
  CHEESMAN RESERVOIR
  HAYMAN BURN AREA

* THE CONDITION OF THE BURNED AREA CREATES RUNOFF AND FLOODING WITH
