ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING OVER ALL OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES...WITH BETTER CHANCES OFF OF THE CAPROCK ACROSS THE EASTERN THIRD.
