EVENING. BEST LOW LVL THETA E AIR LIFTS NE AS WELL BY 06Z. SOME

TRAVERSE AND BIG STONE COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS MAY
DEVELOP LATER TONIGHT ACROSS WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...HOWEVER THE
IMMEDIATE THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER HAS DIMINISHED. THEREFORE THE
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH THAT WAS IN EFFECT EARLIER HAS BEEN
