HUGHES COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA STANLEY COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 834 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 6 MILES WEST OF ROSSEAU...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PIERRE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
