* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN AND WESTERN TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 931 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE           
  THUNDERSTORMS FROM 8 MILES WEST OF SPERRY TO NEAR SAND SPRINGS.
  THE LINE OF STORMS WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...SAND          
  SPRINGS...SPERRY...OWASSO AND TULSA.

WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA.

BEGINNING TO ACCELERATE SOUTH SOUTHEAST INTO CENTRAL OKLAHOMA AS
STRONG WINDS ALOFT AND SPREADING COLD POOL HELP MAINTAIN STRONG LOW
LEVEL CONVERGENCE. THE WORST OF THE STORMS WILL LIKELY MOVE ACROSS
CENTRAL AND WESTERN OKLAHOMA WHERE GREATEST INSTABILITY AND LOW
LEVEL JET FORECAST...BUT SEVERE STORMS STILL LOOK LIKELY ACROSS
ABOUT THE SOUTHWESTERN TWO THIRDS OF THE FORECAST AREA.

HAVE ALREADY SENT UPDATED ZONE FORECASTS TO RAISE POPS INTO
CATEGORICAL RANGE ACROSS MOST OF AREA. ALSO RETAINED SEVERE WORDING
AS DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS COULD BE WIDESPREAD ACROSS MAINLY
