APPEARS THAT SEVERE THREAT WILL CONTINUE OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN COUNTIES. HOWEVER...WITH SURFACE COOLING AND DRIER AIR ADVECTING INTO REGION... SHOULD NOT SEE MUCH REDEVELOPMENT. LAPSE RATES PROGGED TO CONTINUE TO DECREASE. HAVE THUS CUT BACK PRECIP CHANCES SIGNIFICANTLY. MAY UPDATE LATER TO REMOVE POPS ALTOGETHER IF CURRENT PRECIPITATION TRENDS CONTINUE. 12
