  BOWIE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST TEXAS
  MILLER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 1115 PM CST

* AT 714 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR       
  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FALLING ACROSS MILLER COUNTY ARKANSAS AND     
  BOWIE COUNTY TEXAS. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT ONE TO THREE INCHES OF    
  RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE PAST THREE HOURS...AND
  ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE

QUITE A WET SHORT TERM ALREADY INTO PLAY.  MOISTURE IN ABUNDANCE IN
THE LOWER AND MID LEVELS WILL KEEP SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE
AREA FOR TONIGHT AND THROUGH SUN NT.  WARM FRONT SHOULD PUSH NWD
TONIGHT.  MIN TEMPERATURES FOR THE MOST PART WILL BE IN THE EVENING
WITH NEARLY STEADY TO SLOWLY RISING TEMPERATURES DURING THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS.  WILL GO WITH FLOOD WATCH FOR ALL ZONES FOR TONIGHT
AND SUN AS CONTINUING RAIN EVENT WILL ANTAGONIZE AN ALREADY SOGGY
SITUATION.  MANY RIVERS IN CWFA ALREADY HAVE FLOOD WARNINGS FOR
THEM.  WILL BE MONITORING AREA CLOSELY AS RAIN TOTALS CONTINUE TO
RISE.  FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH FROM NW TO SE DURING SUN NT.  LOOKS
LIKE SOME OVERRUNNING CLOUDS MON MORNING THEN CLEARING BY
AFTERNOON.  EXTENDED LOOKS DRY FOR TUE-THU.  ON THU...CLOUDS BEGIN
TO FILTER BACK INTO THE REGION.  FRI AND SAT LOOKS FOR RAIN CHANCES
TO REENTER THE FORECAST AS ANOTHER SYSTEM DRAWS NEAR.
