* AT 502 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR       
  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN OVER TITUS COUNTY...INCLUDING THE CITY OF     
  MOUNT PLEASANT. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL ARE    
  POSSIBLE ACROSS AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED TWO TO FOUR       
  INCHES OF RAINFALL TODAY.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
