DISORGANIZED WITH TIME. MAIN CONCERN WITH ZONE UPDATE IS WHAT TO DO
WITH POPS. ALREADY SENT UPDATED ZONES TO INCREASE THEM ACROSS WEST
CENTRAL ZONES TO HANDLE SOUTHEASTERLY MOVING CONVECTIVE COMPLEX
ACROSS TEXAS PANHANDLE. HOWEVER...NORTHERN EDGE OF COMPLEX CONTINUES
