  COUNTY NORTH TO NEAR BYRDSTOWN IN PICKETT COUNTY...MOVING

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN LOW
LYING AREAS AND ALONG CREEKS AND STREAMS.
