  RAIN NEAR LAWRENCEBURG MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. LAWRENCE COUNTY
  OFFICIALS REPORTED WATER OVER ROADS IN AND AROUND THE LAWRENCEBURG
  AREA.
