ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA TODAY AND TONIGHT. THIS DISTURBANCE WILL BE AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
