1140 AM CST WED NOV 14 2001

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN MIDLAND COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 345 PM CST

* AT 1138 AM CST...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED AT THE INTERSECTION   
  OF HIGHWAY 1379 AND 1357 IN EXTREME SOUTHEAST MIDLAND COUNTY. HIGH 
  WATER WAS ALSO REPORTED ON LOCAL ROADS UP TO TWO MILES NORTH OF 
  THIS INTERSECTION.

  AT 1140 AM CST DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MORE THUNDERSTORMS 
  DEVELOPING AND MOVING INTO EASTERN MIDLAND COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL
  TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL BE LIKELY BY 1 PM CST 
  ACROSS EASTERN MIDLAND COUNTY AND WILL LIKELY AFFECT THE
  EXTREME SOUTHERN END OF PEMBERTON DRAW. 

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE OVER A FLOODED ROAD. THE
ROAD MAY BE WASHED OUT.
